Dorian, I will do the leg work but I need some
hooks.
Has Tomcat been MODIFIED to work under Eclipse or
is it STANDARD TOMCAT?
Any other useful
pointers?

That's true when all the
help apps are hosted on the same machine. It is better if you distribute them
on various hosts.

Not possible as of
2.1, including 3.0.
There is some
investigation work to get back to similar scenario as in 2.0.2 but nothing
concrete right now.
