Lines break and empty lines can be achieved, with current code. if text in
the description tag contains new lines, they will be shown in the infopop.
If you think having tags for this adds value, open an enhancement bug
against help. Any contributions, can be attached in form of patches to the
bug report.

Hi,
As you know infopops displaying context-sensitive help only support bold
HTML tags in description.
It would be nice to support more formatting tags.
Does any plan exist to fix this issue ?
I've written some code to allow a context description having tags such as
<p>, <br> ...
but I don't know much about how to submit my contribution.
