Well, I just tried:
http://servet:port/help/topic/org.eclipse.jdt.doc.user/reference/ref-dialog-java-element-filters.htm?noframes=true
on RC2 and the document was correctly shown in the browser, without frames.

Hi,
I am experimenting with RC2 version of infocenter, and trying to use
http://server:port/help/topic/pluginid/path/to/topic.html?noframes=true
The url does not displays the topic in no frames, instead takes me to
http://server:port/help
Is the noframes parameter not working for rc2 version?
