I think you don't need to have any features, but I'd ask this question on
the eclipse.tools newsgroup, as it pertains more to the platform core team.
The list of plugins is really the dependency chain and to test it, I simply
removed all the other plugins from the eclipse installation, without any
other changes.
Please feel free to post the results of your investigation on this mailing
list, it will help others as well.

It's me again. The instructions in:

list the plugins needed for standalone Help. Are all the features needed,
too?
If not, which ones do we need to deliver?
