The bookmark icon in the infocenter was a bug
http://dev.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=31567.
The infocenter supports bookmarks using browser bookmarsk. Just right
click the topic or a link and bookmark it. Opening this bookmark in the
browser should show the help frameset and the bookmarked topic.

When running eclipse as an infocenter (in a browser), what support is there
for bookmarks?
The Bookmark icon exists in the toolbar, but it doesn't seem to do
anything, or I can't find
where it's putting the bookmarks; the bookmark tab isn't displayed.
