[platform-help-dev] help infocenter2.1

I was trying to look for infocenter 2.1 download site at eclipse .org under
stable release and M4. But the down load for infocenter is not present
there. Can some one direct me to the right location.
Also the  install instructions for the infocenter at

looks like that for standalone help install.
i do not suspect, but has the install steps changed from version 2.0.2 to
2.1?
