In practice, Eclipse Help should work with HTML 3.2 files as well, or at
least degrade gracefully. Please let us know if you notice any problems
when working with HTML 3.2 docs.

Eclipse recommends using HTML since search supports it. Does the Eclipse
help system require HTML content adhere to the HTML 4.0 standard? Does the
help system not care if it's HTML 4.0 versus HTML 3.2? Thanks,
