Dorian, Does this mean there is no support in V2 for printing a set of
nested topics? Or that the current print support will not be enhanced?

Yes, the printing of nested topics was a quick fix to the lack of proper
function to gather topics, format them correctly and print.
There is no plan to support this in 2.0, unless someone volunteers for
writing the code.

Are there plans to change the help system print support in Eclipse version
2?
In Eclipse version 1, a request to print all the help topics in a given
"topic tree" results in one print job for each HTML file. Spooling one
print job for each help topic does work, however, this can result in the
printing of many unnecessary separator pages depending on your printer
setup. This can result in a waste of paper. It also increases the amount of
time needed to print a "topic tree" since each file has to be sent to the
printer separately.
Is there a way to batch together the individual topics/html files so that
they print as one document?
