Just a follow-up on Konrad's note: the documents that describe the changes
will soon be posted under the help project pages. This will also include
some migration tips to the 2.0 help.

After considerable feedback we have decided to simplify syntax for
describing topic navigation that existed in 1.0 help.
The code to support new navigation syntax has been released (1.0 syntax
still works). Help Example 1 has been updated to demonstrate 2.0
contribution mechanism.
