Subject	[platform-doc-dev] Commit rights for Michael Rennie

I would like to nominate Michael Rennie for committ rights to platform
& jdt doc plug-ins. Michael has been working on the debug platform
for the past nine months where he has made numerous contributions and earned
commit rights. Michael is now working on doc and has also made large quality
contributions to the debug related doc.
