[platform-doc-dev] question: migration topics

I need to write a migration blurb about
text editors and adopting the new undo/redo action handlers.  
This is not a required change, but potentially
useful when migrating to the new undo story.

Is this appropriate for the "Adopting
3.1 Mechanisms and API" section of the migration guide or are we trying
to focus the migration guide on breakage or bigger topics.

If not appropriate for the migration
guide, can anyone suggest where this might go?  It's really too specific
for the programmer's guide.
