Darin,

org.eclipse.platform.doc.user/doc.zip does not contain the pages that are 
supposed to be at 
reference/extension-points/org_eclipse_debug_ui_launchGroups.html (etc.)

I suspect a problem with generating these pages from the extension point 
schemas.

The following 3 extension point links are broken for platform-debug: 

org.eclipse.debug.ui.consoleColorProviders 
org.eclipse.debug.ui.consoleLineTrackers 
org.eclipse.debug.ui.launchGroups 

It's not clear to me why they are broken, as the proper entries seem to 
appear in the following files: 

topics_Reference.xml 
/reference/extension-points/index.html
