[platform-doc-dev] .properties spell check

I used Dani's tool to collect all of the strings out of the properties
files.  Then I ran a spell check.  Testing against my handy-dandy
dictionary, I found only a handful of errors remaining.  Attached are the
errors, the correct spelling, and the file the error is in.  I will touch
base with the component leads to determine the easiest way to address.
