[platform-doc-dev] Note about whitespace in help contexts

When making changes to the help contexts (e.g. contexts_Workbench.xml), 
please note that any whitespace (newlines, indentation) are taken 
literally when you use F1.  So it's best to put all the content on one 
line, and let Eclipse wrap the text for you.  If there must be a blank 
line at a particular place, this can be done by inserting a blank line in 
the contexts file, but -not- indenting it.
