Re: [platform-dev] [cross-project-issues-dev] CVS support plugin discontinuation

I created https://git.eclipse.org/r/c/platform/eclipse.platform.team/+/185539
to see if CVS builds on its own.

If we want to build this as a separate repo we could create a Github
repo for it and build it there.

Jonah, do you have interest in keeping cvs support around or are you
just asking to check for options?
