[platform-dev] SWT on Windows - XP support removed

Friends of Eclipse,

I just merged a big cleanup patch for SWT on Windows removing outdated
Window platforms like XP.

If your main OS is Windows please use tomorrows I-Build and keep an
eye open for strange SWT behavior. The related bug is:
