Even if there are no I-builds for packages,
you should still be able to use the
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.7-I-builds/
update site to get the latest.

Pick the "Eclipse SDK" feature
to get everything.

This is a package (EPP). I'm not sure they are built on a weekly basis.
Someone from EPP will have to answer that.
