[platform-dev] Creating feature, creating update site

People,

I'm desperate! I read the "how to keep up to date" article,
I have book "Creating commercial quality plug-ins" and
when I follow the instructions to create feature and update
site I alway end up with undeployable feature.

Can some one tell me waht has changed in Eclipse 3.1
that feature/upd.sute things do not work?
