All doc committers should have rights
to release the necessary changes to doc.map.  Feel free to do this
directly yourself.  Until we get close to a release, doc is generally
just committed to integration builds by whoever wants to get changes in.

I have released changes to the org.eclipse.platform.doc.user plug-in which
are not in todays I-build. Do I have to notify someone in order to get
it
into the I-build? Normally we don't touch/release other team's plug-ins
since we assume they do the build input for those. Am I assumed to release
the doc plug-ins myself?
