RE: [platform-dev] where does eclipse store project information
|
Eclipse won't show me the project in the navigator because it found lots
of errors when it couldn't find the source files i guess. I was able to
track down a .projects folder under the eclipse area and permenately delete the
project from there.
You can
delete the project by selecting it in the navigator view inside Eclipse, and
hitting delete. All projects that Eclipse knows about will appear in the
navigator view, assuming you have no filters or working sets turned on.
If this doesn't work for you, please enter a bug report and describe in
more detail what errors you are getting.

Subject: [platform-dev] where does
eclipse store project information
|
my
question is in the subject, where does eclipse store project
information?
here's my problem. i had a project, newapp, that i
deleted from the
filesystem outside of eclipse. i created another
project outside of eclipse
called scoring in the same place that newapp
was. the problem is that
eclipse won't let me create a project there
because it has problems with the
newapp being missing. i would like to go
into the config files and delete
any reference to the newapp project.
alternatively, if there's a way to do
this from the ide, that would be nice
too.
thanks
Mark
