Thanks Pawel. I wanted to avoid doing that because I'd have to write my
own label providers and presentation contexts, etc. but it turns out
that it wasn't too difficult to write proxy objects for those too. I
should have just looked further into it before I emailed :-)

Hi Tom,
I would experiment with using a proxy object as the input into your 
view.  You could use the RegisterGroupProxy as an example.
