Debug would like PMC approval for the following feature work in 3.3 M7

* Provide a quick fix for deprecated JRE variables 
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=173479)
* Add a font preference to the registers and variables views 
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=176478)
* Scroll issues with the registers view when changing stack frames but 
content remains the same 
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=177909)

The quick fix and font preferences are small work items. Dealing with the 
scroll issue with the registers/variables views requires some 
investigation/experimentation.
