Currently, the viewers are not provisional
API. We have found the viewer implementation to be the most volatile piece
of the flexible hierarchy/asynchronous interactions. Instead, the provisional
APIs include the adapters/infrastructure that plugs into the asynchronous
viewers, rather that the viewers themselves (i.e. content adpaters, label
adapters, etc).

Hi,
 
What are the plans regarding the asynchronous
viewers (AsynchronousTreeViewer and AsynchronousTableViewer)? Currently
these classes are internal, not provisional. As far as I remember the intention
was to make it public and consider to move to the platform for 4.0. Has
it changed?
