[platform-debug-dev] Debug platform: commit rights for Michael Rennie

I would like to nominate Michael Rennie
for commit rights in the debug platform. Michael has made solid contributions
to the debug platform over the last four months. Specifically he has delivered
the breakpoint import/export feature, centralized launching preferences,
refactored the launch dialog and various launch tabs, migrated debug perspective
settings to user preferences, refactored and implemented new property testers
used by many launch shortcuts, and added support for scoped resource saving
during lauching.

Michael is currently working on support
to associate launch configurations with resources which allow us to filter
configs from the UI when their associated project is closed (which will
allows us to experiment with other resource based filtering/grouping presentations
as well).
