[platform-debug-dev] Committer Nomination: Samantha Chan

I nominate Samantha Chan for committer status on the debug platform 
projects (org.eclipse.debug.core & org.eclipse.debug.ui).

Samantha started making contributions during the 3.0 development cycle and 
has continued to make new contributions and support her previous 
contributions. As well, Samantha  has joined us in testing efforts and 
performance analysis work. Her largest, and most famous contribution to 
date is the Memory view, which is now being used by many vendors 
developing debuggers. I have found her contributions and response to be of 
excellent quality.
