[platform-debug-dev] Move our context support to M5

Considering the fact that the platform context support is still in the 
planning stages (code exists but fundamental design decisions are still up in 
the air), I propose moving this bug to M5. We should continue tracking the UI 
team's progress on the context work, but I don't see this being completed for 
M4.
