In this bug report, Kai is discussing limitations of the new "navigation 
history" mechanism. He's specifically mentioned the fact that the debugger 
doesn't want execution pointer reveals to be added to the navigation history 
and he's requested comment on how clients should be able to control this 
behavior (selectively excluding navigation from the history).

Figured I'd point it out in case anyone has thoughts to share.
