Debug Status for M1 and 2.0.2 Builds.

2.0.2 Status

We have some more fixes going into 2.0.2 (tomorrow)

We have another bug under investigation:

2.1 Status

* Open defect count went up to about 30+ (although we fixed 10+ defects)
* New completed features
        * Method entry breakpoints on source methods
        * Debug platform support to show "no source" - we created a new editor to display that no source was found for a frame.
* Features under construction, planned (hopefully) for M1
        * Instance filters for breakpoints
        * Pluggable detail formatters
        * Import/Export of JRE settings as preferences
* First draft of launch config article is ready for debug team review
* Ant UI
        * Jared and Simon are working to resolve which defects need to be fixed, and to integrate Simon's new code
* Ant Core
        * Getting a start - working on some small bugs

Issues:
        * Mac OS VM Install - Should create an OS-specific plugin
