[platform-debug-dev] Debug Test Pass 3

For test pass 3, the debug team will be doing sanity checking, as well as investigation of open bug reports. Bugs in the "in box" (i.e. New/Reopened, with no target milestone), will be assigned to developers for investigation. For any people interested in contributing to the sanity testing of the debugger (i.e. functional coverage), please see the test plan at:
