[platform-debug-dev] Method to set the working directory?

Is there any way to set the working directory for an app to be run within a
project? I managed to find in the 0214 build that I could set the VM and
app arguments by starting in a navigator view and right clicking on the
java class (.java) that contains the main you want to run. A "Properties
for ..." dialog is then displayed with a choice for execution arguments
which can be selected. This was _far_ from obvious. I expected to be able
to set the working directory here, but this was not so.
