[platform-debug-dev] Component page updates

Hola.
Joe and I gave the jdt-debug and platform-debug component developer pages a
little sprucing up today. The following changes were made:
1. The "Resolved in the last week" query is now accurate (both pages)
2. Added "Up-to-the-minute build notes" link to the build notes in the
repository (both pages)
3. Added "org.eclipse.jdt.debug.ui" project (jdt-debug page)
These pages are drawn from the repository so the web is updated as soon as
the repository files are checked in. The projects for the component pages are
"jdt-debug-home" and "platform-debug-home." They can be found in the
dev.eclipse.org CVS repository.
I'd like to see two documents added to each of these pages in the near future
- our testing scripts and our development process (versioning, testing, build
submissions, etc.). Now that we know how to update the web, we just need the
content. :)
