[platform-core-dev] Platform Workspace contribution for Helios stream in

I did an extra release today to stay in sync with changes released in UI
plug-ins.

The map file has been updated for the following Bug changes:
+ Bug 290201. Symbolic link support doesn't work on the Mac/AIX (NEW)
+ Bug 292649. Internal error during "Periodic workspace save." (ASSIGNED)

The following projects have changed:

org.eclipse.core.tests.resources
