[platform-core-dev] Flexible Resource Model -Implementation

Hi,

Regarding the Flexible Resource Model, I have published our 
implementation of this feature (source included) in the following bug:

If anyone is interested to look at one implementation of the flexible 
resource model.  Included in the source are many bug fix regarding 
linked resource deletion, and moving linked resource between projects.
