[platform-core-dev] Performance plugin and core tools

When something is reported to be slow,
it could be usefull to be able to relate that with data collected from
the core tools.
For example, I have an editor that takes
to long to startup (it is showed in the editor), it turns out that the
problem does not comes from the editor itself but from the fact that many
plugins are being activated before the editor can be displayed.
One approach could be to timestamp the
problems so it is easier to find the related data in the core tools.
