I believe the essential aspects of this
document have been moved into the platform Eclipse 3.0 Porting Guide in
the online help. This document remains valid, and is in much greater detail,
so feel free to recommend it for those who want all the gritty details
about the new 3.0 runtime.

Before I send too many more people off to look at
this, is this document still the right one for 3.0 adoption or has it been
replaced by something in the ISV on-line help?

The information in there is really helpful but the date at the top says
February and its images are missing... although CVS shows updates from
2 days ago on NL fragments.
