[platform-core-dev] HEAD and this week's i-build

When will be a good time to start releasing code to HEAD that is not
necessarily intended for this week's i-build? I understand only thoroughly
tested code should go to HEAD, so I should not care if the code ends up in
the integration build, but in the other hand I believe it may be a good
idea to keep additional contributions to a minimum, so the build stabilizes
soon.
