[platform-core-dev] why MyPlugin.getWorkspace() return null?

I called this method in MyProjectWizard.performFinish(){...}
and the return is null??!!

I traced into the core-source,the static variant workspace of ResourcePlugin is not null when startup() and shutdown().But it gone null when I get it?Unreasonable!!Can anyone help or hint?
