[platform-core-dev] New version of core tools

A new version of the org.eclipse.core.tools plugin is now available from the platform core team home page on eclipse.org.  This version is basically just a recompiled version of core tools 1.0.0.  This was necessary because of a non binary-compatible change to the method signature of an internal core method that the tools plugin was calling.  There are also some minor improvements to the element tree spy (now shows size breakdown of session properties and sync info).  If you are using core tools with Eclipse builds from I20030129 or later, please upgrade to this new version.
