[platform-core-dev] Flexible projects/linked resources

What is the state of the linked resources implementation? Should 
everything be working?
Copying linked resources seems to be working. Moving resources and 
resource deltas for linked resources does not. 
Renaming a resource in a linked folder that is linked in more than one 
project only sends one resource change event.
Are these things just not implemented yet or should they be working and I 
should enter PRs?
