[platform-core-dev] Error Log Behavior

In V 1.0,  the log file contents were not cumulative.   In V 2.0 (F1
build),  I see that the log file is now cumulative.  My questions are:

1.)  Is there a maximum log size?  If so, can the user set the max size?

2.)  Will the log file wrap on reaching max size?
