[platform-core-dev] How to build the eclipse.exe

Hi, dear all,

I did a search and found this link,

but when I try to following instructions, it just led me nowhere.  I'm totally new to Eclipse, and did spend time to search the site, but just could not find any related document except the one listed above.  Could someone point me to the right direction? Or, it's intended being removed for some legal reasons?  Your help would be greatly appreciated.
