AFAIK Eclipse 3.0.1 does not contain the ant export filter. Are you sure you looked in the documentation that comes with 3.0.1?
The ant export filter should be included in forthcoming 3.1M6 and is already in integration build.
For 3.0.1 you have to install my external plugin.
