Kevin Barnes (IBM OTI Labs Winnipeg) has been working with the Platform Ant team for almost a year. He has contributed bug fixes in many areas including moving the Ant support to the generic console framework changes.

Kevin's contributions are of high quality and his verification of Ant bug reports has been very consistent.

I ask the committers of the Platform Ant component for their vote to
grant Kevin Barnes commit rights.
