[platform-ant-dev] Major code churn in Ant UI

I am working on standardizing the retrieval
of buildfile information and structure within Ant UI to use a consistent
notion of an Ant model.

The changes required are forcing / allowing
me to do a code reorganization at the package level that was long overdue.

This will cause major code churn in
the next week for the Ant UI plugin.
