[platform-ant-dev] Debug & Ant RC2 Test Pass

For the RC2 test pass, our dedicated testers and test assignments are 
listed below, along with platform and JRE assignments. Anyone from the 
community is welcome to join (on any platform/JRE). Group one will spend 
Monday testing Debug and Tuesday testing Ant. Group two will spend Monday 
testing Ant, and Tuesday testing Debug.

Group One:  (Debug then Ant)

Group Two: (Ant then Debug)
