As such I have added a New and Noteworthy folder to org.eclipse.jdt.debug.tests.

I have started the M8 new and noteworthy html file.

Please check out what is in there, add your own, edit what is there, add some gifs.

This needs to be done by Wed. Mar. 24.

Note gifs can be at most 466 pixels wide
