The best way to get you particular favorite bug moved into action is to get other users to vote and indicate that the bug is important to them.
Currently bug 38992 is a low priority enhancement.

Please, please,
add also bug 38992 to the plan.
When you have many opened projects with 2 or 3 branches it becomes a 
nightmare chosing the right build file from the ant view.
