[platform-ant-dev] No more "Run List" in the Ant view

I just released changes to CVS that remove the split-pane from the Ant view. 
There was a major (unsolvable?) bug with running targets from multiple build 
files and the functionality had to be removed. Without this functionality, 
the "Run List" (formerly "Active Targets") pane didn't offer anything that 
isn't available using launch configs.
