[platform-ant-dev] XmlLogger does not work

After applying the workaround it is still not possible to log to an
aditional XML file. The generated log file is empty. I don't know why.

Using the attached script:
test_eclipse.cmd -logger org.apache.tools.ant.XmlLogger -logfile test.xml
