[platform-ant-dev] Schema files for extension points and extension point

Now that  Migrate extension point schema ownership (http://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=29153) has been completed any changes that are required to the extension points definition or documentation, must be done in the schema file for that extension point. These files are found in the schema folder of the project.

Steps:
Turn on auto-generation of doc files from the schema (everyone should do this whether you think you are going to make changes or not ;-) )
        Window->Preferences->Plug-in Development->Compilers->Schemas->Generate reference documentation from schemas
        Do not do the full rebuild
Make the required changes to the extension point schema file.  The doc will be updated on the save of the schema file
Release the changes.
